Basic principles: the Constitution of the USA is created in more degrees by rules of God and in smaller - by democracy rules. Our people is coped by the Constitution which has roots in bible laws. Each person is created by the Maker with a number of the inseparable rights: among them the rights for Life, Freedom, the Property and Achievement of personal interests. The right to own, use, supervise and protect the property -  inseparable right of everyone. The pivotal problem of the power - to protect these rights.

The party has been created in 1992 by a number of the small parties operating in various states of the USA. It has received the name of Party of Tax bearers, its overall objective declared struggle for reduction of a role of the state and reduction of the State expenditure. In 1999 the party has changed it's name, believing that the appeal to the Constitution will be more clear for voters. Party ideologists consider, that the present system of US authorities ignores the base principles stated in the Constitution. ITS number is unknown, by different estimations the party can total 20-30 thousand active members and 100 - 150 thousand sympathising. It is considered, that ideas of the Constitutional party are popular among conservative-minded businessmen of small and average levels.
